Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, our standard production time is 7-10 business days, followed by 3-5 days for shipping depending on your location.

Can I request a completely unique design not seen on the site?
Absolutely! We love bespoke projects. Please use our 'Custom Request' form to upload your ideas or sketches, and our design team will provide you with a personalized quote.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If there is a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
How can I track the progress of my order?
